Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

The Federal Government through Medicare introduced the CDBS in 2014, which gives eligible children aged 0 - 17 years, up to $1026 of claimable dentistry over 2 calendar years*. You do not need to apply, if your child is eligible Medicare will issue a letter advising you so, in which case you will be able to take advantage of the CDBS and get your child's smile well looked after!
